Small Steps BIG Wins Podcast with Sue Saller

Welcome to the Small Steps Big Wins podcast. In this episode I interview Kyle Wakeman and Randy Myers.  Kyle is  a former member of the Ohio Army National Guard, an experienced corporate leader, a real estate investor and now an entrepreneur. Randy has been an educator and coach for 13 years and has a Master’s in Educational Leadership. They have started a coaching program and podcast round what they call the IDEAL skills. The IDEAL skills can be applied in small steps to influence big changes in life. Randy and I are both living examples of this and we believe living a more IDEAL life can have a long lasting positive impact on society.

IDEAL stands for:

  • Intentional

  • Discipline

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • Accountability

  • Loyalty

Kyle and Randy talk about their life experiences that led them to the IDEAL podcast and coaching as well as what each of those components stand for. If you enjoy what you hear today, check out episode 25 – Monday Mornings Matter – where they talk about the small steps that you can take today change your tomorrow.

In this episode of the Small Steps Big Wins podcast, I really enjoyed interviewing Andrew Freed. Andrew is not only a project manager but real estate agent and investor in Massachusetts. He built his portfolio of 24 units in the past 2 years and just closed a deal on a 6-unit in Worcester, Massachusetts. We dive deep into Andrew’s journey from the W-2 mindset to investing in real estate and how he is building his life towards financial freedom. He talks about how he acquired his properties and the mindset shift that had to occur to make that happen. And make sure you listen to the end to hear his unexpected question that he posed to me and caught me off guard!!

You can find Andrew on Instagram and Facebook at

Welcome to Episode 20 of the Small Steps BIG WINS podcast where today’s Monday Morning Matters unpacks small steps mentioned in one of my interviews.

In Episode # 19 , I talked with Jamie Gruber  and he talked about what it was like to leave is W-2, how he got to where he is today, and the personal journey that took him to where he is today. Today I’m going to drop into part of our conversation that was not released with the original episode. Now, if you like what you hear, I would encourage you to go back and listen to Episode 19.

  • Get in touch with your authentic self by listening to the little voice inside you and identifying the things in your "closet" that no longer serve you. Try meditation and silence as a way to connect with yourself.
  • Everyone has a purpose, regardless of age. Think about your own purpose and what you can do to be more in tune with it.
  • Removing something from your life can make room for something else, but it can be scary. Identify what you need to remove and confront your fears. Taking small steps can lead to big results.
  • You can reach out to Jamie on Instagram at @theJamieGruber and you can listen to his Tribe of Millionaires podcast. If you would like to know more about Emerge Supercharged, please check out my website, and there is a link that will take you there.

Welcome to the Small Steps Big Wins podcast and today I interview Jamie Gruber.  Jamie  was a corporate executive making $400K/yr before deciding he had enough. After a Gobundance Mastermind, he was able to compress his goal of quitting from 5-10 years down to 24 months, and doubling his income in that time as well.  Jamie is a partner with Quantum Capital and the creator of Emerge Supercharged. He hosts the top 1% podcast called Tribe of Millionaires and produces volumes of content inspiring people to live their best life. He believes anyone can achieve lifestyle freedom through clarity, confidence and most importantly community.

Today Jamie unpacks his journey from going from a W-2 corporate job to millionaire by quitting.  Listen to how Jamie leveraged his W-2, built his real estate portfolio, and then the amazing thing that happened when he left his W-2.

Come back tomorrow as I continue the conversation with Jamie on finding your authentic self and cleaning out your closet.

You can reach out to Jamie on Instagram at @theJamieGruber and you can listen to his Tribe of Millionaires podcast. If you would like to know more about Emerge Supercharged, please check out my website, and there is a link that will take you there.

Welcome to the Small Steps BIG Wins podcast where today’s Monday Morning Matters unpacks a small step mentioned in one of my interviews and gives you something bite sized that you can work on this week.

In Episode #15, I had a great interview with Sarah Weaver. We talked about how she started in real estate investing, how she has used it to design the life she has today, the practicals of the MTR strategy and so much more. I would encourage you to go back and listen to her interview if you have not done so already.

Today’s Monday Morning Matters drops into part of my interview with her that is not part of the original broadcast. We talk about the value of journaling, friendships, and mindset.

Sarah can be reached at her website at www.sarahdweaver.com and on Instagram: @sarahdweaver
